JAMMU, Oct 3: Gandhi Nagar Police nabbed an auto driver along with large quantity of banned polythene bags.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Gandhi Nagar laid a naka and intercepted an auto.
During checking, police team recovered 8 quintals of banned polythene bags from the auto and arrested the driver, who was identified as Madan Lal, son of Kasturi Lal, a resident of Janipur District Jammu.
A case FIR Number 253/2022 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar and investigation started.
