Srinagar, Mar 11: Burglars stole an ATM machine of State Bank of India (SBI) from Lalbazar area of Srinagar last night.
Police said that burglars barged into ATM in Salfiya Chowk in Lalbazar area and decamped with the machine and cash amounting to Rs 5 lakhs. Soon after learning about the incident, a police party rushed to the spot and launched investigations.
“A case FIR number 17/2018 u/s 457, 380 RPC has been registered in the concerned police station with regard to the incident,” police said.
