SRINAGAR, Nov 26: In view of the confusion over inclusion of a name on Roshni beneficiary list resembling with a retired IAS officer, the authorities in Srinagar have come up with a clarification, stating that the beneficiary under the name of Farooq Ahmad Shah was not any retired IAS officer but an Executive Engineer.
In a clarification vide number ACN/DCS/PS/20/593-94 dated 26-11-2020, the Assistant Commissioner Nazool, Srinagar has stated: ” It is certified that Farooq Ahmad Shah , son of Gh Mohd Shah is a retired Executive Engineer, enlisted at S.No 78 in the Roshni list ( settled/Unsettled) uploaded by the NIC Srinagar.”
