JAMMU, Oct 25: All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) in its meeting here today held under the chairmanship of H L Chatta its president paid rich tributes to martyrs of 1947 who were killed by Pak invaders in erstwhile Baramulla district of Kashmir valley after setting their houses ablaze.
The meeting urged the Central Government to implement the Parliament’s resolution of 1994 and free PoK from clutches of Pakistan as the same belongs to J&K, which is the integral part of India.
It also appealed the people to celebrate the Accession Day with full enthusiasm and charm tomorrow as accession made by Mahraja Hari Singh on October 26, 1947 with Indian Union and later ratified by Constituent Assembly of the State under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah is full and final and no power on earth can challenge it.
The meeting said it is right time for re-organisation of the State and carving out of a separate State within Valley for rehabilitation of Pandits.
