DHAKA: The much awaited clash between India and Pakistan has been scheduled for February 27 in the first Asia Cup to be played in 20-20 format. Set to begin on February 24, the opening clash will see Bangladesh against India. All the matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Bangladesh.
The final will be played on March 6. The tournament will comprise five teams – the Test-playing India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and the top qualifier from the qualifying tournament which is slated to begin on February 19.
