DHAKA: The much awaited clash between India and Pakistan has been scheduled for February 27 in the first Asia Cup to be played in 20-20 format. Set to begin on February 24, the opening clash will see Bangladesh against India. All the matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Bangladesh.
The final will be played on March 6. The tournament will comprise five teams – the Test-playing India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and the top qualifier from the qualifying tournament which is slated to begin on February 19. Afghanistan, Oman, Hong Kong and UAE will be playing this tournament (AGENCIES)
