JAMMU, Dec 26: Ambrish Magotra alias Ashu has been elected unanimously as president Magotra Baradari Samiti in Annual General Meeting of the Baradari held today at Puja Bua Rani temple Chowadhi Jammu.
The members of the Samiti wholeheartedly supported candidature of Ashu as president and authorized him to nominate his new team of office bearers for smooth functioning of the affairs of the Baradari..
The members hailed the contribution of Ashu for upholding the sanctity of Puja Bua Rani ji temple in general and during annual Magotra congregation by way of arranging Preeti Bhoj and other social welfare activities.
Amongst dignitaries, Jagdish Magotra interim president, Tilak Magotra, Secretary, office bearers of outgoing Magotra Birdhari Samiti & a large number of Magotra fraternity members attended the meeting.
Ashu sought cooperation of all for serving the community by resolving outstanding issues on priority basis.
The meeting ended with Preeti Bhoj organized by the Baradari.
