Aryans Job Fest: 332 candidates shortlisted by 50 leading companies

JAMMU, Apr 8: Around 332 candidates were shortlisted with packages starting from Rs 1.5 lacs up to Rs 3.5 lacs, during 26th Aryans Job Fest held today at Aryans Campus in Chandigarh.
Chairman, Punjab State Education Board (PSEB), Dr Tejinder Kaur Dhaliwal, inaugurated the Fest while Chairman, Aryans College of Engineering (ACE), Dr Anshu Kataria, presided over the event.
Over 4000 candidates from all over the country participated in this job fest. The fest attracted almost 50 leading companies of corporate world including Axis Bank, Bebo Technologies, Caddesk Ltd, Impinge Solutions, Reliance, GS Alloys, Jasier Technologies, Satguru Technologies etc offering a variety of jobs for all the sections present.
Dr Dhaliwal mentioned that Board would also visualize towards the integration of general, technical, skill based, Industry oriented and vocational courses at school level to give industrial exposure to the students so they may get the help to adopt the curriculum of these courses later on. She urged students not to look for package but to go for good profiles which will take them quite far in their Career.
She emphasized need for discipline, time management and above all agility and curiosity to succeed in life.
Dr Kataria said, “Established in 2007, the Aryans Group has completed 8 glorious years in the field of education. Registrar, ACE, Prof BS Sidhu while expressing his great joy said that an excellent team work by the students, teaching and non-teaching faculty and admin staff under the guidance of the management made this mega event smooth and successful.
Tejinder Kaur, TPO, ACE said that it’s for the first time that more than 5000 candidates were being registered for this job fest. Students of various Universities and Colleges not only of Chandigarh but other states like Punjab, Haryana, HP, JK, UP and Rajasthan also came to participate in this Job Fest.
