CHANDIGARH, Oct 21: Vice Chairman of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Dr MP Poonia released a poster of Aryans Group of College Rajpura’s Innovative Idea Awards which is scheduled to be held virtually on October 23 and 24.
During the event, the selected students with the best idea will be honoured and awarded with 100 percent scholarship to study in Aryans Group for pursuing higher education.
The opening ceremony (October 23) would be graced by Dr MP Poonia, Vice Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE) as chief guest and guests of honour would be Mohammad Aijaz Asad, DC Srinagar; Dr GN Itoo, Director Tourism J&K and Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group would preside over the event.
Yogeshwar Dutt, Indian Wrestler & Padam Shree Awardee would be chief guest of the closing ceremony which is scheduled to be held on October 24, while Anand Sharma, Member Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC); Ghazanfar Ali, Director Youth Sports Services J&K and GN Var, president Private School Association J&K would be guests of honour.
Dr Kataria said that the objective of this event is to encourage the students for more and more innovations for the betterment of the country.
It is to be mentioned that earlier to this, five major innovations done by Aryans students namely “Aryans Solar Boat” that can run up to 2 hours continuously and can be recharged simultaneously through solar energy, “Aryans Android App” in lieu to make campuses paper free, “Aryans Save Kashmir App” which was developed for the rescue operation at the time of floods in Kashmir, “Aryans Life Saving Glove” developed to provide timely assistance to the people prone to the risk of cardiac disease, “Aryans Safety Helmet” to provide timely first aid facility in case disaster happens at construction/ mining/ industrial sites, “eMunshi- Advocate Diary” Android App which will buzz an alarm and remind the lawyers about the important Court Date and cases etc were launched and applauded at various Governments and gained interest of many people, “Aryans Shikara App” to book online Shikara at Dal Lake and “Aryans Ramadan App” to set the alarm for Sehar time and Iftar time.
