JAMMU, May 11: Aryans Group of Colleges has been ranked AAA in India by the renowned “Career 360 magazine” & India’s leading and most trusted career counseling web-portal “Career 360”. Aryans has been given this prestigious rank in their recent edition of “India’s Best Engineering Colleges.”
Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, while addressing a press conference, said that this great achievement is the outcome of joint efforts of all.
In the ranking, other than Aryans only Government and private Universities that have got better ranks include IIT, NIT, Thapar, SLIET, Chitkara, LPU and DAVIET etc.
It is to be mentioned that the ranking has been released on the basis of cut off, quality, research, academic excellence etc. Started in 2007 with MBA Course Aryans is now offering B Tech, B Tech (LEET), BBA, BCA, B Com, B Ed, BA, GNM, Diploma, +1 etc.
Though the Group was started in the year 2007, Aryans College of Engineering has managed to bag this rank within 4 years of inception leaving behind other top ranked colleges & Universities, Dr Kataria added.
In the past 8 years, Aryans has emerged effectively in academics, placements, innovations, cultural and social activities. Management and Engineering students of Aryans have bagged top positions in PTU merit list.
Prof B S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group, said that in last 8 years Aryans has achieved milestones in placements. Around 500 companies have already visited Aryans campus till 27th Aryans Job Fest, he added.
Dr Manjula Kataria, Principal, Aryans Group, informed about innovative ideas of the Aryans students, like “Aryans Android App”, “Aryans Life Saving Glove”, “Save Kashmir Android App” and “Aryans Safety Helmet”, etc.
On the occasion Dr Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group; J N Vohra, Advisor, Aryans Group; Prof A.P Jain, Director, Aryans Group etc were also present.
