The unemployed youth in the State scan newspapers to see whether any vacant post has been advertised by any Government Department. As per the existing rules, a Government Job will give him a salary of not more than Rs 5000 per annum.
To get full salary benefits, he has to wait for five years. It hinders thus the individual growth of the candidate. Had there been no article 370 in the constitution, many big companies like Tata, Infosys and Reliance and MNCs would have set up their units in this State as well. It would have created more jobs opportunities. As a result, unemployment percentage would have come down and youth may have got lucrative jobs in these companies. Therefore Art 370 be deleted to allow businessmen set up their shops here.
