JAMMU, Dec 21: With an aim of keeping development of the area and investing in the future citizens of the country in mind, the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo) equipped the Government Middle School, Lambi Bari, Government Middle School, Sarola, Government Middle School, Malagaon and Government Middle School, Lower Rajdhani with the computers and furniture as part of ongoing Operation Sadbhavana, today. The aim of distribution of the computers is to supplement education by providing basic facilities to the schools.
The Computers and furniture were handed over to the schools in a glittering function organised by the Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Kanga, which was attended by the School teachers, Sarpanchs and Panches.
Master Surjit Eqbal, student of Government Middle School, Lambi Bari said that the Army is a true savior and we all are thankful to them for extending their support in terms of providing computers and furniture to the school.
