Srinagar, Apr 1: Army today said it organized a pre-recruitment rally for candidates in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A defence spokesman said the intense capsule started with lectures on opportunities and challenges of donning the uniform. “They were explained about role of Army not only as a career but as a way of life. A good number of youth from the nearby villages attended the training.
“They were informed about the forthcoming recruitment rally and were also briefed in details about the various parameters of the selection. The candidates have been provided with accommodation, messing and training infrastructure, which will help them, come out with flying colours,” he added.
