JAMMU, June 22: In order to increase awareness especially of village elders and others in rural and remote villages of Angrala, Badar and Tuksan of Mahore Tehsil, Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, based at Bagga, assisted in setting up the community hall with TV, DTH and books of various categories.
The Sarpanch of village Angrala commended the efforts and said that people of these remote villages had been deprived of basic knowledge due to prolonged disturbed environment the initiative of Rashtriya Rifles Battalion will help a lot to empower the elders and associate them with the younger generation.
