Pursuant to the selection made on the basis of the Competitive Examination as prescribed under Jammu and Kashmir Competitive Examination (Prosecution) Rules, 2021 and on the basis of the recommendations made by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the candidates as mentioned in Annexure-1 to this Order, against the posts of Prosecuting Officer (G) in Jammu and Kashmir Prosecution Service, in the Pay Level 8 (47600-151100), with immediate effect.
The appointees shall report in the office of Director General, Prosecution Department J&K, Jammu/Srinagar as per their preference……….
