JAMMU, Sept 10: Women Wing of Apni Party here today started membership drive under the leadership of Women Wing provincial president Jammu, Namrta Sharma.
Many women joined Apni Party and were welcomed into the Party by Namrta Sharma.
Speaking on the occasion Namrta highlighted the key aspects where the womenfolk of Jammu are continuously facing difficulties.
“Party accomplishments last year demonstrated its sincere and truthful political approach as well as overwhelming support of J&K people,” Namrta asserted.
She said that women committed to improve the lives of women folk are welcomed to join Apni Party.
“Apni Party is committed to the principle of politics of truth, which requires honesty and grassroots initiatives,” she claimed.
Meanwhile, vice president of Women Wing, Pavneet Kour said that the Party has gained public support from every nook and corner of J&K.
Jyoti Vaid, District Coordinator, Sarabjeet Kour, Parvinder Kour, Rajni Devi, Meenakshi, Rakhi Mehra, Parveen Kour, District Secretaries, Suman, Sunita Kumari, Bhagwan Kour, Simmi and Ichpal Kour were also present on the occasion.
