JAMMU, Mar 15: Apni Party today appointed Dr Rohit Sharma as provincial secretary for Jammu province and also announced appointments of seven in-charge (I/c) district presidents for Jammu province.
After due consultation with the concerned party leadership, president of Apni Party Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari accorded his approval to the appointment of Pranav Shagotra as in-charge district president for Jammu Urban, Pushp Dev Kumar Uppal as in-charge district president for Jammu Rural-A and Neiljan Arora as in-charge district president for Jammu Rural-B.
He also approved appointment of Faqir Nath (party leader and former MLA), Prem Lal (party leader and former MLA), Mahinder Singh Parihar and Raman Thappa as in-charge district presidents for Udhampur, Kathua, Kishtwar and Samba, respectively.
