APMCC pays tributes to Nadimarg martyrs

JAMMU, Mar 24 : All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) today paid rich tributes to the martyrs of March 23, 2003 infamous Nadimarg massacre in which Pakistani sponsored terrorists killed 24 innocent Kashmiri Pandits including 11 men, 11 women and two infants.
According to a statement issued by King Bharati, National spokesperson APMCC, the organization held a memorial meeting in Jammu today where the sacrifices of Kashmiri Pandits were discussed and rich tributes paid to the Nadimarg massacre victims who were martyred by armed terrorists on this day in 2003.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vinod Pandit, Chairman APMCC where a two minute silence was observed for the peace to the departed souls.
Speaking on the occasion Vinod Pandit said that APMCC was all set to fulfill its promise of building a martyrs memorial at Nadimarg which would be completed by April end this year.
Pandit said that APMCC was building the memorial as a mark of respect for the community martyrs so that the future generations can remember how much their forefathers had to suffer for the integrity and dignity of the country and the community.
King Bharati while speaking on the occasion asked the community to remember the martyrs of the community who sacrificed their lives for the nation but never compromised on nationalism despite hard times.
Speaking on the occasion Advocate Arun Kandroo, general secretary APMCC said that Pak sponsored militancy was responsible for forced exodus of the community.
APMCC leaders who participated in the memorial meeting Yoginder Singh Jamwal, Ravinder Kaul, Vinod Tickoo, Rakesh Pandita, Ravinder Kumar Kaul, Arun Ji Ambardar, Virender Pandita, Sunil Kaul, Sanjive Kaul, Rakesh Pandit, Sanjay Dhar, Amit Raina, Akhil Koul, Amit Raina besides representatives from all walks of life.
