KATHUA, Sept 24: The National Highway Authority of India has continued its anti encroachment drive on National Highway from Ghagwal to Lakhanpur to remove illegal structures at Hatli Morh area of Kathua .

A team of National Highway Authority of India accompanied by First Class Magistrate and police team with JCB removed illegal encroachment and structures besides the Highway at Hatli Morh. The encroachment made by Scrap dealers, shop keepers and Hoteliers was removed by JCB. The drive continued till evening .
The tehsildar Kathua, Gourav Sharma said that the project of six Lanning and super Highway is in progress and illegal structure coming under the projects will be removed. He has asked the people to cooperate with Authority to execute the project.
