JAMMU, Sept 9: Pacca Danga police arrested one more accused involved in attempt to murder case.
As per police sources, few days back, Himanshi Sharma of Mast Garh and Nitin Mohan of New Plot were assaulted and attacked by sharp edged weapon by a group of persons at Exchange Road. The accused escaped from the spot after committing the offence.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to GMCH Jammu for treatment.
A case under FIR Number 117/17 under Sections 341, 323, 307 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Pacca Danga police station and hunt was launched to arrest the accused.
On specific information, one more accused identified as Krish, son of Ashok Kumar, a resident of Chand Nagar, Jewel has been arrested.
Earlier, Ashish Sharma, son of Rakesh Sharma, a resident of Bakshi Nagar involved in this case was arrested two days back.
Hunt is going on to arrest their two associates.
Police team led by SHO Pacca Danga SI Dheeraj Nagpal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Varun Jandial and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
