JAMMU, Apr 21: The members of Bhuvaneshori Asthapan Committee Chandpora (BACC) Harwan, Srinagar at present Jammu today said that the elections to the Committee have already been stayed by Court of Law and hence no one can claim to be its president, vice president, chairman and general secretary.
In a statement issued here, today they said claims made by Chand Ji Bhat, Tej Krishan Bhat, Manohar Chandpuri and Shiban Krishan Bhat are totally baseless in this regard as case is pending in court of law.
