NEW DELHI: The makers on Monday announced that Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer ‘Sadak 2’ will release on July 10, 2020.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Fox Star Hindi said,”The roads will intersect once again. #Sadak2 in cinemas on 10th July, 2020. @aliaa08 #AdityaRoyKapur @duttsanjay @PoojaB1972 @MaheshNBhatt #MukeshBhatt @VisheshFilms”.
Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, the film is produced by Mukesh Bhatt,co-produced by Sakshi Bhatt and Fox Star Studios presentation.
‘Sadak 2’ is an upcoming drama film which is the sequel to the 1991 film ‘Sadak’.
It stars Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles.
The film also marks Mahesh Bhatt’s return as a director after 20 years.
The filming has commenced, and the movie deals with the issue of depression. It is about love, loss and redemption.
The film revolves around a young woman’s (Alia Bhatt) encounter with a godman who is out to expose a fake guru who runs an ashram.
