Alexander Siddig joins ‘Gotham’

LOS ANGELES, Mar 3: “Game of Thrones” star Alexander Siddig is all set to join “Gotham” in the role of head of League of Shadows, Ra’s Al Ghul.
The 51-year-old actor, who portrayed the role of Doran Martell on HBO’s “Game of Thrones”, will be seen as one of Batman’s deadliest enemies in the Fox’s series, reported Deadline.
The character will be unveiled as David Mazouz’s young Bruce Wayne starts finding out who is really behind the secret Court of Owls council that seems to run Gotham.
The show is currently on winter break, but it will be back with its third season when Siddig’s Ra’s Al Ghul will make his first appearance on-screen.
The series returns on April 24. (AGENCIES)
