UDHAMPUR, July 15: All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation has constituted its Udhampur unit and elected Krishan Lal as the district president.
Bharat Bhushan was elected as vice-president, Radha Krishan as secretary, Rakesh Kumar as organizer and Bhagwan Dass Sharma as cashier.
The unit was constituted during a meeting of the Federation, held today under the chairmanship of State working president Maheshwar Prasad and joint secretary Kartar Chand.
The meet decided to hold the elections for zone within one month and also discussed various issues as well as demands of the teaching community.
