JAMMU, May 3: A deputation of Ajit Colony Extension Welfare Committee led by its chairman, S. Harcharan Singh and president, Bhushan Lal Koul called on Sat Paul Sharma Minister for Housing and Urban Development and MLA Jammu West Assembly Segment today. The members presented him a representation regarding laying of deep drainage system in the locality to undo the injustice being meted out to them as no drainage system worth the name has been constructed so far due to indifference of the previous representatives.
The members also demanded black topping of the road at the earliest.
Others in the deputation included Badri Nath Jotshi, Amrik Singh and Arun Jandial, Secretary.
