They observed that in order to ensure the integrity and unity of the State, a permanent and peaceful solution of Jammu & Kashmir crisis should be worked out in a time bound manner that is acceptable to all stakeholders. They said India and Pakistan should start a dialogue to resolve the issues involved, without, creating any war hysteria or continuing with the proxy war policy and pushing in terrorists.

Bloodshed going on in Kashmir for the last more than 39 days be immediately stopped and civil society of Kashmir should come forward and play an effective role to defuse tensions to bring Kashmir out of present crisis.
