JAMMU, June 4: Consequent to the State Administrative Council decision, Ajay Gupta, retired Executive Director , J&K State Power Development Corporation Ltd, has been appointed as Member (Technical) of J&K State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JKSERC).
The appointment of Ajay Gupta has been made consequent upon cancellation of appointment of Shamsher Singh Manhas, Ex-EID, as Member (Technical) J&KSERC vide order number 104-PDD of 2019, dated 04-06-2019.
A decision in this regard was taken by the State Administrative Council in December last.
