JAMMU, Jan 8: Activists of All India Students Federation (AISF), State Council Jammu and Kashmir, today held a protest demonstration to condemn the attack on JNU students by a group of ‘goons’, in which several students were injured.

Shouting slogans and carrying placards, AISF activists were demanding immediate removal of JNU Vice-Chancellor and impartial investigation by a sitting Supreme Court judge to unveil the real conspirators behind this dastardly attack on students.
The protest was held under the leadership of AISF State President, Com Sanjay Kotwal and State Secretary Com Ranbir Bandral, who alleged that right wing forces were suppressing the voices of dissent and hatching conspiracies to suppress the students of literal and progressive thinking. BJP Government at the Centre is trying to change and communalize educational system which will not be allowed at any cast, they added.
Those who joined the protest demonstration, included H R Rehman, Thakur Surjeet Dhowan, Paramjeet Singh, Ravinder Singh Katoch, Ajay Kumar, Ab Rehman Tukroo (Ex-MLC), Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, Naresh Munshi, G M Sheikh, Ashwani Pardhan, Rakesh Sharma, Hardeep Singh Deep, Sanjay Gupta, Dr G S Charak and others.
