JAMMU, Sept 14: All India Congress Committee, Secretary Sudhir Sharma has been appointed as Secretary In-charge J&K Affairs of the party.
AICC spokesman said that appointment of Sudhir Sharma, hailing from Himachal Pradesh, has been approved by AICC president, Rahul Gandhi on the recommendation of AICC general secretary, Ashok Gehlot.
