AIBCUS discusses demands

JAMMU, Oct 21: In a meeting of All India Backward Classes Union Social (AIBCUS) was held under the chairmanship of Abdul Majid Malik, wherein the matter of approving Rs 9096 crores package for Refugees of West Pakistan and displaced person from some sector in 1965-1971 was discussed.
The members said that after 67 years of independence, refugees were left to suffer adding said that it was deliberate attempt of both Congress and NC who did not allow the justice to flow. The meeting said that Government should withdraw the wrong recruitment policy just after Lok Sabha election including the re-implementation of the SRO-43.
It also said that the Current Government has not solved the issue of due share of 27% of the State OBCs. The announcement of 5% Reservation to Pahari speaking was a matter, rejected by the Law Department in 2013 and if now the Government grants such reservation by making a language as a base is a treacherous policy.
Others who were present in the meeting were Mohd Hanief Qureshi, Abdul Quadir Dhobi, Mushtaq Ahmed, Abdul Rashid Malik, Master Sain Dass, Puran Chargotra, Darshan Lal and Prof Kali Dass.
