AIBCU team visits Delhi, highlights demands

JAMMU, Dec 24 : A team of All India Backward Classes Union, led by its president Abdul Majid Malik, visited New Delhi and held series of meetings with the Union Ministers besides others for highlighting their demands.
During meeting with the Union Minister for Health Ghulam Nabi Azad, the delegation submitted a memorandum seeking settlement of reservation issue as per Mandal report and Apex Court judgment without any loss to due share of other categories, including RBA and ALC.
The Union team also submitted separate memorandums to Kumari Shelja, the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment demanding scholarship to OSC students and inclusion of Lobana as well as Shergojri castes in the list of OBCs.
The delegation comprised of Prof Kali Dass, H M Sandokh Chand and Mohd Abass.
