AHP constitutes its J&K Body

JAMMU, July 23: Antarastriya Hindu Parishad (AHP) held its first ever convention here in which J&K Unit was constituted and Hem Raj Khajuria was nominated as its patron. The convention was held under the chairmanship of Executive Body Member  of AHP, Mahant Rameshwar Dass Tyagi and regional organizational secretary , Deepak Kumar.
Dr Sham Lal Gupta was nominated as working president of the new organization. Gulshan Sharma and Kamal Chodhary were nominated as vice presidents, Devinder Singh Jamwal and Sanjay Kumar were nominated as secretaries.
Yugvir Gupta, Naresh Kumar and Suraj Thapa as joint secretaries. Besides, Rakesh Sharma was appointed as president of Rashtriya Bajrang Dal and Sushil Kumar its secretary.
Shruti Koul was nominated as president of Rashtriya Ojaswani Parishad, Bimla Sharma was appointed as president of Parishad for Jammu Gramin. In addition to it the district bodies of the Parishad for districts of Kathua, Samba, Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Kishtwar, Jammu Gramin and Jammu Mahanagar were also announced.
The AHP which is headed by Dr Parvin Bhai Togadia has urged the Union Government  to make a law immediately on construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya,  take steps for abolition of Article 370, 35 A, rehabilitation of displaced Pandits from Valley , Jammu and border migrants.
