Ahmadiya Muslim Jamaat offers to work for peace in J&K

JAMMU, Feb 13: Ahmadiya  Muslim Jamaat- International has offered  full support in  spreading the message of  peace and brotherhood in the J&K State and said that their organizations has taken a pledge to spread this message of peace, love and amity in the entire world.
Addressing a press conference here today, additional chief secretary  of  the Jamaat in India, Sheeraj Ahmed  said that peace in the Central Asian countries and  other parts of the world is the critical need of the time. He referred the turmoil  and bloodshed in Iraq, Israel,  Afghanistan, Kashmir and other parts of the world and said that world is standing just at the threshold of the third world war. It is collective responsibility of all communities to work for peace.
He said no religion tells about hatred and violence and Ahmadiya community in the entire world is   spreading the message of true Islam because Islam only teaches us about love, peace and brotherhood and hatred to none.  But some people are working against the ethics of Islam.
Sheeraz said that being global community and purely an Islamic organization, its world head and spiritual leader, Mirza Masroor Ahmed is  leading this noble mission across the world and meeting religious, social and political leaders for seeking support of all to make this world as free from any fear and terror. He offered support of his Jamaat in spreading message of peace love and brotherhood in Jammu and Kashmir.
He further stated that community organises  peace seminars/ conferences throughout the world and the main objective is to the achieve the larger goal of attaining peace in society by bringing people from diverse walks of life together  and provide them a forum  to exchange  ideas. Any body from any religion or faith across the world can share the platform and express free ideas.
Several other prominent leaders of the Jamaat, Fazal-Ul-Rehman Bhatti, Abdul Hafiz Fani, Gohar Hafeez Fani, Tariq Ahmed and Dr Mohd Iqbal  were also present.
