JAMMU, May 17: Navin Agarwal, an IPS Officer of 1986 batch on his repatriation from Central deputation here has been posted as Director Civil Liaison, Home Department on ex cadre basis. He will be headquartered at Jammu.
An order to this effect was issued by GAD here today. The post of Director, Civil Liaison has been temporary upgraded to Level 16 (205400-224400) of Pay Matrix in terms of proviso to sub rule (2) of rule 4 of IPS Cadre rules , 1954, till the same is held by Navin Agarwal.
