Affectionate farewell accorded to retirees

JAMMU, Mar 31: Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director General, Family Welfare, Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and Immunization and Director Health Services Jammu, who superannuated today after rendering 33 years of glorious service in the Department, was accorded a warm send-off by the staff of Directorate of Health Services Jammu. A function was organized in this connection in the premises of the Directorate where Deputy Director Health Services (HQ) Jammu and other officers and officials complimented Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman for his immense contribution to the Health Department and wished him good health and a prosperous post-retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Vivek Kohli, Joint Director of Agriculture (Farms/SLUB)/ DDAC Jammu who retired today after rendering more than 38 years of service to the Department. Director Agriculture Production & FW Jammu, K K Sharma speaking on the occasion wished the retirees a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Well wishes were also extended to Darshan Chand, Electrician, DAJ, on his superannuation today.
The District Administration Doda held a farewell event for outgoing Chief Education Officer (CEO) Prahalad Bhagat. During the event, DC Doda Vishesh Mahajan praised Bhagat’s contributions to public services in the district, particularly in the field of education. Other officers present at the event also extended their best wishes to Bhagat for his new posting.
Sanjay Kak, Senior Manager, Ellaquai Dehati Bank was accorded a warm send off by the Bank staff on his superannuation today. A function was organized in this connection at Ellaquai Dehati Bank, Area Office Jammu. Sincere services of Sanjay Kak to the Bank were recalled by the Management and staff of the Bank who wished him a joyful and healthy retirement life.
Girdhari Lal Sharma, AEE (Electric) PWD Jammu, who superannuated from services today, was given a warm farewell by the Department in a function organized today. The function was presided over by Executive Engineer Pawan Tiku and other staff members who wished the retiree good health and prosperous post retirement life.
Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu (SKUAST-J) accorded a warm farewell to the retiring employees at a function held at Baba Jitto Auditorium. The retirees include Renuka Jalali (Head Assistant, Directorate of Extension), Vijay Akhoon, Head Assistant (Registrar Office), Ravinder Singh (Head Assistant, Directorate of Extension), Parveen Singh (Head Assistant, Dean Office, FVSc and AH), Darshan Kumar (FCLA, FVSc) and Jagdish Raj (Mali, Division of Soil Science). Dr SK Gupta (Director Extension, SKUAST-J) was chief guest on the occasion. He wished the retirees healthy and happy post retired life. The function was also attended by office bearers of Non Teaching Employees Association, SKUAST-J.
An affectionate and warm send off was given to Rajinder Singh and Yoginder Paul (Head Assistants), and Lakhvinder Singh (Flock Inspector) at Sheep Husbandry Complex Jammu, as they attained superannuation today. Director, Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu, Krishan Lal, in his address acknowledged the contribution of all the officials and wished them happy and prosperous post retirement life.
An impressive farewell function was organized by the Department of Horticulture, Jammu to give a warm send-off to Sunita Pandita (Head Assistant) and Yash Paul Sharma (Chauffeur), who attained superannuation after rendering more than 25 years and 23 years of service, respectively in the Department. Director Horticulture Ram Savak, Joint Director Horticulture and other staff members wished both the retiring employees a happy and prosperous post-retirement life.
In a function organized today, Kavita Gupta, Senior Headmaster, Government Girls High School, Sattani, was accorded a warm send off by the staff members of the School, on her superannuation from the service. All the staff members wished the retiree a prosperous and healthy retired life.
Government High School Katal Batal organized a farewell party to accord warm send off to Master Rajni Rani on her superannuation. Headmaster of the School Niaz Kousar and other staff members recalled services of Master Rajni Rani to the School and wished her a prosperous post retirement life.
