Adv Inderjeet appointed Member of Arbitration Tribunal of Vishwakarma Skill University

JAMMU, Apr 12: Advocate Inderjeet Gupta has been appointed as Member of a Tribunal of Arbitration formed as per Section 30 of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016.
As per the notification issued by Registrar, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, the term of the appointment will be for a period of two years from the date of the notification. The purpose of the Tribunal is to decide/resolve any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and officer or teacher of the University.
The members will be paid TA/Honorarium as per the University norms for attending the meetings.
