Aditi: 1st Indian to play in Soccer Premier League in UK

JAMMU, Jan 6: Aditi, daughter of IG CRPF Jammu Sector, AV Chauhan, is the first resident Indian to play in the Premier League in United Kingdom where she proudly donned the West Ham United colours.
Prior to her stint with the UK club, she had been a part of the Senior Indian National Women’s Football team for 6 years.
She has completed her post graduate degree in Sports Management from Loughborough University UK in 2015, and is keen to work in sports administration now.
At the International scene, Aditi had the
honour to represent India in South Asian Games, 2016, 1st player to win the Asian female footballer of the year award at the Wembley Stadium, London, represented West Ham United Ladies Football Club, 2015-16 and 2016-17, First team goalkeeper of the Women’s Football league club in UK, besides representing India in Asian Games 2014 at South Korea, Asia Pacific Football Academy 2013 New Zealand, International friendly match 2013 against Netherland and SAFF Championship 2012, Sri Lanka.
