Adhocism is no solution to provide good governance and redress the grievance of people of this State. Adhocism is a temporary arrangement to provide services in any sector where there is manpower shortage.
Though intentions behind this arrangement are good but it does not work properly for a number of reasons.
The employee working being insecure about his future just passes away his time at this post. He does not work with same spirit and dedication as does a permanent employee. Besides, a person holding many charges can’t do justice with his job as it is beyond the capacity of a man.
Therefore, the Government should do away with such a policy and ensure that competent persons are recruited to man responsible posts. It will pave way for good governance in the State.
