ADGP Security, Director NZCC meet Governor

JAMMU, Feb 20: Muneer Ahmad Khan, ADGP Home Guards, Disaster Management and Security, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Khan briefed Governor about several important matters relating to security management in the State.
Complimenting Khan for his devoted endeavours during the period he served as the Police chief in the Valley, the Governor emphasised the vital importance of urgently carrying out a security audit of all vulnerable places, vital installations and sensitive establishments in each of the three regions of the State.
Prof. Saubhagya Vardhan, Director, North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), Patiala also called on Governor and briefed him about the initiatives planned by the NZCC to preserve, innovate and promote art forms in J&K.
Governor emphasised the high importance of well considered efforts being made to preserve and popularise the fast vanishing folk arts, music, songs and dances in the State.
