JAMMU, Nov 15: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed J&K SJM Gillani and his Staff Officer (SSP) Mahmood Ahmed decorated Radha Sham of Armed Police Headquarters with Assistant Sub-Inspector rank today.
In this context, a pipping ceremony was organised at Armed Police Headquarters J&K here. The event was attended by all the Gazetted and Non-Gazetted officers of Armed Police Headquarters including Mohd Shafi Rather Deputy Director Prosecution APHQ.
While congratulating Radha Sham for his promotion to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector, the ADGP Armed said that the promotion process of eligible officials of J&K Armed Police shall be initiated as and when the vacancies arise in any rank.
He advised the officers and officials to work hard, maintain discipline and always come up to the expectation of people and assured them that their welfare and professional career shall be taken care of by the department on priority.
The ADGP Armed J&K wished best of luck to the promotee and extend his warm greetings to their family as well.
