DODA, Feb 3: Rajesh Kumar, the Additional Director General (ADG) of the Jammu and Kashmir Zone of CRPF, visited the Headquarters of 33 Battalion in Sarna, Bhaderwah, to assess the operational readiness of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in the Doda district.
During the visit, ADG Kumar was accompanied by Gopalakrishna Rao, Inspector General (IG) of the Jammu Sector, and Vivek Bhandal, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP) of Operations, Jammu North.
Together, they reviewed the security situation and held a security meeting with senior officials, including SSP Doda and other police and CRPF officers.
Kumar interacted with the personnel of the CRPF’s Quick Action Team (QAT) and the Special Operations Group (SOG) in Bhaderwah, praising their tireless efforts and coordination in restoring peace in the region.
He also encouraged the forces to continue their relentless efforts in neutralizing terrorists in the area and disrupting the network of terrorists, Over Ground Workers (OGWs), and their sympathizers.
The ADG motivated the personnel to maintain the highest levels of professionalism in carrying out their duties.
Also present during the visit were Arun Kumar Singh, Commandant of 33 Battalion CRPF, Sandeep Mehta, SSP Doda, Sunil Kesar, SP Operations Doda, Vinod Kumar, ASP Bhaderwah, and other senior CRPF officers.
