JAMMU, June 16: ADDC Ramesh Chander accompanied by BDC Chairman, Executive Enigneer REW Jammu and BDO Bhalwal and other field staff conducted extensive tour of different panchayats of Bhalwal block to physically check the ongoing works and earlier executed under MGNREGA, Back to Village and those under 14th Finance Commission.
He inspected land protection works being executed in villages Ghaink, Chowa and Nadhwal. PMAY house of Kuldip Raj at Ghaink, Passenger Shed at Dhyaran , Panchayat Ghar at Purkhoo were also checked.
BDC Chairman Bhalwal block Kuldeep Raj accompanied the ADDC during tour.
Sarpanches of Ghaink,Chowa Patta, Kangrail and Purkhoo accompanied during inspection in their areas.
Field staff of RDD and other stake-holders were advised to implement RDD schemes in true letters and spirit to achieve the goals of inclusive development in rural areas . More such inspection tours will be conducted in all rural areas.
