JAMMU, Aug 2: Adbi Kunj, Jammu today organized a literary meet at its literary centre in the premises of Kidzee School, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
The meet was presided over by Urdu and Kashmiri poetess, Fozia Mughal Zia whereas a well known young poet, Saran Singh Star was the special guest of the meet.
In the literary creative session (Prose), Aarash Dalmotra read out a special Dogri paper ‘Duggar-te-Dogri’ while Sham Talib presented a sentimental family short story “Bhook” in the composite poetic session.
In Poetry session, various poets including Aarash Dalmotra, Malik Singh Wafa, Raj Kamal, Sanjeev Kumar, SK Gupta Pagal, Star G Singh, Balvindar Singh Deep, Rajeev Kumar, Fozia Mugjal Zia, Santosh Nadan and Sham Talib recited Kalams in various languages.
Earlier, Aarash Om Dalmotra, Chairman of the organization presented a resolution in which organization protest against State Government for discriminating against Dogri language and launching a conspiracy to cut the roots of Dogri.
President, Adbi Kunj, Sham Talib, while addressing the meet, said that the decision of launching Kashmiri language in Duggar Pardesh is not understandable as none of the Dogra speaks Kashmiri.
