JAMMU, July 14: On the race of its continuing weekly multifaceted creative literary activities for the last 41 years, Adbi Kunj, a multilingual literary organization, held another special composite literary meet at its literary centre in the premises of Zee Pre Kidzee School, Talab Tillo, Jammu.
The meet was presided over by its chairman, Aarash Om Dalmotra whereas poet Ved Uppal conducted the proceeding of the meet.
In 1st session, the participants paid tributes to renowned Hindi and Urdu poet, late Rajeshwar Bhakhari and threw light on the various aspects of his service for the literature through his poetry in Hindi and Urdu.
In the creative literary session (prose), ML Ganjoo Frisal presented his paper on his teacher Gulam Mohammad Malak Shorida Kashmiri. In the composite poetic round up, Santosh Nadan, Ved Uppal and SK Pagal sang their Kalam and from Srinagar GM Shah, Masoom Kishtwari and Santosh Nadan also recited their Kashmiri kalam.
The other poets of the session included Raj Kamal, Sanjeev Kumar, Bishan Dass Khak, Romesh Rahi, Aarash Rajpuri, Ved Uppal, Rajeev Kumar, KL Deewana, Masoom Kishtwari, MS Kamra, SK Gupta, Manzoor Badana, ML Ganjoo Frisal, Harish Kela, Navin Pal, Girdhari Lal Rahi, Fozia Mughal, Santosh Nadan and Sham Talib.
In this round up, Sham Talib also recited Urdu and Hindi Kalam which was received through mobile at the time from Banaras (UP) from an oldest colleague of Adbi Kunj, Taiyab Bharti. The meet was come to end with the vote of thanks by KL Deewana.
