JAMMU, Sept 25: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, a man identified as Mani Ram (55) son of Charan Dass, a resident of Ramgarh in Samba district, was shifted here at GMCH yesterday after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Vijaypur.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 11.15 am. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
