Srinagar, July 13: A Government employee who was injured last week in north Kashmir’s Sopore area of Baramulla district after being hit by a police vehicle succumbed to his injuries today.
Abdul Rashid Dar, an employee of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, was injured after he was hit by a police vehicle during a protest against water scarcity in Rohama of Sopore. The employee had sustained critical head injuries.
However, the employee today succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura here.
