JAMMU, Sept 23: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), here today.
According to a police official, a youth identified as Madhu (20) son of Suresh, permanent resident of Bihar and at present living at Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, was shifted here at GMCH on September 17 after he was seriously injured in a road mishap at Marble Market, Channi Himmat.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 8.45 PM. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem while the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
