JAMMU, Feb 17: Anti Corruption Bureau organized webinar for Departmental Vigilance Officers Portal.
The webinar was inaugurated by Anand Jain, Director Anti Corruption Bureau and was attended by about 100 DVOs from various departments across the UT. The issues regarding pendency of matters with DVOs, relating to disposal of DVO matters and timely submission of information were discussed during the webinar. A threadbare discussion was held on the various aspects of working of portal. Various queries of the participants were also addressed during the webinar.
It is pertinent to mention here that the DVO Portal was inaugurated by Lieutenant Governor on January 7, 2021. The Portal is developed as a communication channel between ACB and Departmental Vigilance Officers (DVOs) posted in different departments.
