JAMMU, Mar 28: To observe the 88th Martyrs Day, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) unit at Central University of Jammu (CUJ) organized a blood donation camp in which 35 ABVP activists donated blood in memory of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru and Sukhdev.
Dr Vivek Kumar, President Swami Vivekananda Chair CUJ was the chief guest and Dr. Niti, GMC Jammu was the guest of honour on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Dr Vivek said that donating blood is a greatest service to the humanity.
Dr. Niti also spoke on the occasion and talked about the benefits of donating blood.
Others who were present on the occasion and donated blood were Mukesh Manhas, President ABVP CUJ; Muskaan Anand, Secretary ABVP CUJ; Shubam Raina, Ashish Dutta, Akash Verma, Rajneesh Lalotra, Yashasvi Charak and Suprithik.
