JAMMU, Oct 15: Jammu University unit of ABVP today organised a peaceful demonstration seeking representation of students in the Jammu University bodies.
Led by university president Shubam Amar and unit secretary Dyutima Kesar, the students conducted an awareness march from class to class in which they apprised the students about the lack of their representation in Jammu University bodies.
Later, the students marched towards the Remote Sensing Department where the Jammu University Teachers Association elections were being conducted. The students assembled outside the election venue with playcards in their hands citing the demands. Students did not raise slogans or make any remarks but highlighted their demand through placards.
