SAMBA, Dec 27: District Police Samba has apprehended an absconder wanted in case FIR No. 30/2014 U/S 188 RPC, 2/3 PCA Act registered at Police Station (PS) Ghagwal.
Police said a team of PS Ghagwal arrested an absconder namely, Bhag Hussain S/o Ali Mohammad of Haria Chak, Hiranagar from Rajpura, Ghagwal. The accused was evading his arrest for the last five years after commission of crime.
Accordingly, the absconder was produced in the court of law and arrest warrant under 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
